Staring at this right now at Jocks place lolToday, 4:19 PMCreeping:
Every piece I broke in three then I burned it through the night
No photographic memory cause I’m lit yeah like neon light
I can feel you creeping through the back of my head
Preconceived that the notion I knew always misled to a point where I built all these walls — not a thread of the truth now I live in a state to forget
I don’t bleed — for free
recognize — it’s me
don’t deny your disease
I don’t know a thing that you said
I don’t give a fuck what you said
Trying to get some serious stuff done when you’ve found the ultimate hobby... this has been a challenge. Always loved racing type designs and now I’ve found the place I can express my inner demon... love the bikes, love the gear, love the feel of the physics of the machine... don’t think there is anything I don’t love about it. I’ve been inspired. All my life I’ve had some very cool sport bike riders around me so naturally when I realized it was within reach to do it myself, I was all over it! I thank my bro and Trevor for that! It’s been quite a journey and we are having a blast! I’m going to post some pics here of my new mild obsession, from the bike to the gear. If all women knew how fun gear shopping was though...
Want to give a special mention to my personal motorcycle hero Chris, who has been a major inspiration on the subject since we were younger and has helped me so much along the way with tips, advice and encouragement to rock it out on the bike. Maybe that time I hung out at their makeshift warehouse bike garage was a sign of things to come:) Check out his motorcycle stunt website and send some love his way and subscribe. UpOnOne If you are on Instagram he's on there too. Yeah you're welcome;) Chris.uponone
This is the first album called 1959 of Ebony Run, a former band that my bro played bass for. Over the years I managed to track down 3 files and posted them on my personal Soundcloud but now the lead Singer Richard has posted the full album, so here it is! A blast from the past but literally one of the most brilliant albums I've heard. Take a listen and also if you are on Facebook click the icon and drop by and give them a like :)
Fuck yes! SKU 19 (formerly Centrifuge) just put out their new first album with the record company Trouble Town Records. Please go take a listen and support these awesome musicians. This album smokes :)
I have to admit when I first started publishing my writing and putting it online I was pretty tense about it. Partly because I don't always say stuff that regular folks discuss and partly because I knew that people would start to read it lol That said, I'm still tense here and there but at least now I know that my integrity is in to write whatever I want to write without too much concern over it. Usually when my stomach is in knots, I've likely said something I probably should have haha...
Other writers dream of the "big break" where everyone reads their stuff and I think of that and sorta cringe at that idea yikes! I've known too many peeps with fame and have a good sense of that and man, it's not always so easy. Anyhow, since I'm being all warm and fuzzy and opening up more and getting used to this whole spill your guts thing (even spilling one's imaginary guts can leave people thinking it was real so fuck it, it really doesn't matter what the hell you label it as, people will see what they see) , I'm thanking the people who visit here and read my stuff and share in my love for music etc. I started going on You Tube more because honestly that's where the bands are haha and you can subscribe if you'd like. It's pretty random on there but hell, isn't life random? See you around friends and keep it real :)
My little blog shrine to the one and only hard rhymer of the legendary group Public Enemy, Mr. Chuck D
Hopefully you enjoy reading it as much I like writing it. May it make your mind creak. Book Two of the novel is on it's way...
